Curso de Iniciación a la ganadería ecológica
Amayuelas de Abajo – Palencia

ORGANIZA: CIFAES-UNIVERSIDAD RURAL PAULO FREIRE EN TIERRA DE CAMPOS
FECHA: 27, 28 y 29 de abril de 2012
OBJETIVOS:
Introducir los conceptos y principios de la ganadería ecológica, profundizar sobre el manejo de las ganaderías de nuestra comarca de Tierra de Campos, (ovino, avicultura, porcino,…) y conocer unos ejemplos prácticos de algunas de ellas en Amayuelas.

10:00 - 11:45 h. – Nutrición en la ganadería ecológica. Carlos Palacios
11:45 – 12:15 h. – Descanso y café
12:15 – 14:00 h. – Nutrición en la ganadería ecológica. Carlos Palacios
14,30 h. – Comida
16:00 – 18:00 h. – Visita a finca de ovino ecológica: manejo y resultados. Jerónimo Aguado Martínez
18:00 – 20:00 h. – Homeopatía en ganadería. Oscar García

DOMINGO 29 de abril

12:00 – 14:00 h. – Manejo en avicultura ecológica de huevo y carne. Visita a finca de pollo ecológico. Cristina Sancho Esteban

16:00 – 17:00 h. – Comercialización y distribución. Cristina Sancho Esteban
17:00 – 17:30 h. – Evaluación del curso.

PROFESORADO:
- Jerónimo Aguado Martínez: Ganadero ecológico y miembro del proyecto CIFAES - Universidad Rural Paulo Freire en Tierra de Campos de Amayuelas.
- Carlos Palacios Riocerezos: Veterinario, investigador de las producciones ecológicas
- Oscar García. Veterinario.
- Cristina Sancho Esteban: Avicultora ecológica y miembro del proyecto   CIFAES - Universidad Rural Paulo Freire en Tierra de Campos de Amayuelas.

INSCRIPCIONES Y RESERVA DE PLAZAS
Coste de inscripción:
-         Sólo matrícula: 100 €
-         Matrícula, alojamiento y manutención en albergue: 165 €

Existe la posibilidad de que el curso esté financiado por ARADUEY-CAMPOS para las personas de Tierra de Campos de Palencia, en cuyo caso, el importe del curso se les devolvería integro una vez concedida la ayuda.
Reserva de plazas: para reservar plaza en el curso y/o alojamiento y manutención, el importe total se deberá ingresar previamente, y enviar copia del recibo por mail o por fax junto con la ficha de inscripción (ponerse en contacto con la organización  antes de hacer el ingreso). El importe de la matrícula no se devolverá en caso de no asistir al curso.

El número mínimo de alumnos será de 15, y la fecha límite para inscribirse es el día 23 de abril de 2012.
